The apartment is located near the center, in Solomenskiy district of Kiev, in Vyborgskaya street, 23. You will need 5-7 minutes to walk to the subway "Shulyavskaya", 10 minutes to drive to Khreshchatyk street, 11 minutes to get there by subway and 15 minutes by shuttle bus.16-storey house of individual project has a good quality. The apartment is equipped with an autonomous water heating (boiler 100 liters), an autonomous heating of all apartment (except the presence of a large of number of batteries, the whole apartment is equipped with electric warm floor , including a winter garden, study room, kitchen and bathroom).

There is a video phone with 2 cameras (front view on the corridor before the door and on the common corridor with elevator). On the storey, there is an extra door with combination lock.
The total area of apartment is 55 sq. m. Maximum number of guests - 1-2 people. It can be a couple with a child.
